One of the questions that my clients who want to lose weight (or as they say here dimagrire ) ask me a lot is how many times a week they should work out. The easy answer could be as much as possible. The more you move your body, even at medium levels, the higher the chances to form healthy habits that will lead to a lean body in the long term. However, i realize that this is not always possible. Modern life requires often very busy schedules: work, kids, family, shopping and many other duties to fullfill everyday. Therefore my suggestion is to try to fit into your weekly schedule as many work outs as you can not giving up all the other important things. I suggest trying to do at least three times a week if your goal is pretty high. As i mentioned before, having these work outs fixed in your schedule will bring automatically to your goal because you will form an healthy habit.
